“What…?”
The unexpected words took me aback. Looking up at me in surprise, Abby smiled softly like a flower.
“You’ve always smelled a bit like His Highness, but today, the scent is particularly strong, and I just want to keep sniffing… Does this have anything to do with your eyes turning pink?”
“Er, well… I don’t know. I’ll ask the professor next time, okay?”
“No, it’s okay. I’m just more sensitive to scents than others.”
Abby raised her face buried in my chest and shrugged shyly.
“By the way, Abby, have you seen Muguet? I haven’t seen her since we got home.”
“She’s sound asleep in the rose garden. She has a favourite spot there.”
“Is that so? That’s good. She must be tired from flying around the convent garden at the bazaar.”
“True. My nose is tired, too.”
“Nose?”
“Oops, nothing. See you later, sis. I’ll be waiting in the garden with some tea snacks.”
As if suddenly remembering something, Abby rushed off hurriedly. I wonder if Julian is about to come home.
“Ah, I need to hurry back.”
When I returned to the massage room, the quietness from before had changed, and I could hear lively and happy voices.
“Oh my, Karina and Sonia already have their precious fiancés? How wonderful!”
“Hehehe.”
“So, Miranda and Luna Maria will look for their princes? What kind of men do you both like?”
“Eh, hehe, let’s see…”
“Hehe…”
Mira is indeed skilled. Too good, in fact.
I wanted to give Mira a thumbs-up and nod in approval, but I returned to my bed, pretending to know nothing.
“I like someone fun. Sure, silent people can be attractive, but I love to chat, so I prefer someone who can keep a conversation going. My butler says I’m a bit too noisy and should be quiet in front of men. Isn’t that terrible?”
Everyone laughs at Miranda’s words.
“In that case, finding someone with
the same hobbies might be good. Men can be talkative if it’s about something they’re interested in. What kind of appearance do you prefer in a man?”
Mira is really going for it.
“Well… of course, I like handsome men. Men with cool eyes and silky hair… Not too muscular, but with a decent amount of muscle and a refreshing aura. I wonder if there’s someone like that around?”
“Hehe, that’s a wonderful image of a man. Now it’s Luna’s turn. What kind of man do you like, Luna?”
Here it comes. I closed my eyes and pricked up my ears.
“Hmm, I guess… someone kind.”
That’s too abstract. A common answer. Mira, dig deeper.
“For example?”
“Hmm… Maybe someone who would lend a hand to someone in trouble…?”
Luna, having her shoulders massaged, was closing her eyes and seemed to be in a trance.
I was startled.
Zinon also has that kind of kindness, doesn’t he? No, but Patrick, Axel, and Luciano are all kind. I’m not sure about Christopher.
“That’s lovely, someone who’s kind… and?”
“Hmm… I might like someone dignified because I tend to be a bit timid.”
“Do you want someone to lead you, Luna?”
Karina interjected. Good job, nice assist, Karina!
“Maybe. I think I like someone I can rely on. I’m still not very experienced in romance.”
Luna Maria laughed shyly.
“What about appearance? Are you picky about looks, Luna?”
Miranda seemed interested in Luna Maria’s type as well.
“You’re really digging into this, aren’t you, Miranda?”
“But Karina, we should clarify this. Luna and I are the only ones free, right? I want to know if our types overlap, even though it doesn’t seem like we need to worry right now.”
“Okay, I got it. Wait a moment, let me think.”
At Miranda’s firm words, Luna seemed flustered, but she seemed to understand and respond seriously.
“Well… I like someone tall with beautiful hair and sparkling eyes. If you ask if I’m picky about looks… I might be.”
“Do you have someone you like, Luna?”
Wow!
Even Sonia now. That’s right, Luna, who is friendly and easy to get along with, is modest in asserting herself compared to Miranda, and it’s hard to figure her out.
“Right now, we’re surrounded by good-looking men. Don’t any of them fit your preference?”
Wow, Sonia went for it. Mira, who didn’t expect this, was equally surprised. I held my breath, waiting for Luna’s next words.
“A person I like…? I don’t have one yet…”
I let out a silent sigh of relief. I sink my cheek and body into the fluffiness of the towel, feeling my strength drain away.
Not yet? Haven’t chosen who to pursue?

After the massage and having our hair and makeup done by the maids, Miranda and the others were excited. Karina, who’s fashionable, was especially excited to exchange information about the latest makeup and hair styling techniques with the maids.
Luna Maria, who prefers simple hair and makeup, was the first to finish. Taking the opportunity, Karina dragged her in front of a pole full of dresses and started matching various dresses in front of a large mirror.
Luna Maria’s choice was a pure, fluffy white silk dress. The silver embroidery and emerald-green ribbon on the neckline were cool and elegant.
